December is the best month of the year at Black River because it is the time when we bring all the special Oscietra from our harvest to share with caviar lovers. We save the best Oscietra for this festive season!
What's new? We have our Special Lot Imperial Reserve that is among the best we produced this year, along with a very limited amount of our Master Select caviar (less than two kilos this particular year) so very exclusive. Also for the holidays is the Special Lot Amber, which as the name suggests an amber colored roe that is classic Oscietra flavor.
