Special Lot Amber Oscietra is limited and exclusive. As the name suggests, during harvest this caviar stood out as unique from our other caviar with its beautiful amber colored roe. This color only appears in very limited quantities each year, which is why we believe it is special.
Like all of Black River’s Oscietra caviar this Special Lot is rich and creamy on the palate, and has a clean, pure finish. Special Lot Amber Oscietra (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii) is farmed by Black River at our farm in Uruguay.
