Our caviar is 100% natural and absolutely fresh since it is never stored by us. It is manufactured subject to our clients’ needs and requests.
At present, we offer Oscietra and Siberian, and we have been working to produce the Beluga variety.
This variety of caviar is made from acipenser baerii sturgeon, of Siberian origin (Russia). Its roe diameter goes from 2.8 to 3.0 mm, and their color ranges from dark gray to walnut brown, and occasionally gold. With a firm and distinct texture, their taste is subtly buttery, with a slight hint of dry fruit, very agreeable to the palate. In the rest of its properties, this variety is similar to Oscietra.
Presentations: 20 g, 30 g, 50 g, 100 g, 125 g, 250 g, 500 g, 1 kg y 1.8 kg.
In order to maintain the caviar fresh, we recommend keeping it between -2ºC and 2ºC (28-38 ºF). In this way, its shelf life will be of up to six months (if the product wasn’t open). Once the package is opened, the product’s shelf life is of seven days. You mustn’t freeze caviar, as ice crystals may affect the quality of roes.
